You cannot book The Traitors as a group of nine. Standard bookings are capped at eight guests per table, and the next step up is a VIP private table, which means buying all fourteen seats. There is nothing in between, so a party of nine either splits across tables with strangers or pays for fourteen.
A table seats up to fourteen in total, and a private table also needs at least ten people actually to turn up. We read the operator’s own pages on 12 October 2026.
Prices and dates
The operator advertises £29.50 tickets for all time slots, first come first served, which is well under the £50 and £58 starting prices quoted by resellers. Teen tickets for summer family sessions are £25. It is booking until 11 April 2027.
Several reseller listings still show the run ending on 8 November 2026 or 6 September 2026. The operator’s own site is the one with April 2027 on it.
Ages
Most sessions are 18 and over. Family friendly slots take ages 12 and up, with 12 to 15 year olds needing a responsible adult with them, and the operator’s own recommendation is 14 and over. That reconciles the contradiction you will find across ticket sites, where some say 12 and some say 14: both are right, one is the minimum and the other is the recommendation.
Family sessions run from midday into the afternoon, Tuesday to Sunday, during the school holidays.
Timing and lateness
The game itself runs about two hours from start to End Game, with extra time needed for onboarding and the bar. Arrive after the time on your ticket and you may not be able to take part at all, which is a harder rule than most theatres apply.
What you can take in
Large bags cannot go into the game and must be checked into the cloakroom, which costs £2 per person. There is no food inside the experience at all. Drinks from the Cloak and Dagger bar can come in with you, but not whole bottles.
Photos are allowed at the start only. Once the instruction is given, all phones must be put away, and professional equipment and tripods are never allowed. The operator also says it cannot provide footage of your session, citing data protection, so there is no recording to take home.
There is no dress code, but the operator offers a genuinely useful piece of advice: avoid noisy clothing and jewellery, because the sound can give away a Traitor.
Access
The venue and the experience are wheelchair accessible, and the session is largely seated, with some standing or moving during missions. One complimentary carer ticket comes with each paying accessible visitor. Email the venue after booking if you need anything arranged.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges have to be requested at least seven days before your date and may carry a fee, which is a longer notice period than most London attractions ask for.
It is at 60 Short’s Gardens, Covent Garden, WC2H 9AH, two minutes from Covent Garden station and about five from Tottenham Court Road or Leicester Square. The venue sits inside the Congestion Zone and ULEZ, so driving costs extra.
