The Pixar experience in Wembley Park now runs to January, not November. If you read an article saying it closes on 1 November, that article is out of date.
The experience’s own site now carries a banner reading “Season extended through January”, and its practical information gives the dates as “From 13 February 2026 until January 3rd.” The site does not print the year, but since it opened this February the January it means is the one after this one, so 3 January 2027.
It is called the Mundo Pixar Experience, and it sits on Fulton Road, Wembley, HA9 0TF, the same road as Bubble Planet. The two are a few doors apart, which makes Fulton Road the one street in London where you can do two immersive walkthroughs back to back.
Refunds are never given, but you can exchange
The policy is stated in two flat sentences, and the exchange option is the part worth using.
“Are refunds allowed? No refunds will be issued.”
“We now offer the option to exchange your tickets for a different date or time for a small administration fee up to 48 hours before your booking.”
So the working rule is the same as at Bubble Planet: you can move a booking if you act more than 48 hours ahead, and you will pay a small fee to do it. Inside 48 hours the money is gone.
This matters more with a season that has already been extended. A ticket bought for a date that later changes cannot be turned into cash, only into another slot.
Discount offers also cannot be stacked: “Discount offers cannot be combined (this includes large group tickets).” A group rate and a concession rate do not add together.
The arrival rule is ten minutes early, and it is strict
“You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your ticket time. This will allow you time to go through bag searches and security checks, use the cloakroom and facilities prior to entering the experience. Admission of latecomers is subject to the manager’s discretion and may not be possible.”
Ten minutes before, not at. Turn up on the minute of your slot and you may not be admitted at all. Bubble Planet, by contrast, lets you arrive up to 30 minutes after your slot.
Prams are banned, but parking them is free
The reasoning is unusually detailed, and the provision is better than at the neighbouring attraction.
“No. To ensure the safety and best possible experience for all our guests, strollers and buggies are not permitted inside the exhibition sets. This policy is strictly enforced in compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations to ensure that evacuation routes remain clear at all times and to maintain the intended ‘flow’ of the experience. Additionally, our sets contain delicate ground-level elements that could be damaged by stroller wheels.”
Then: “We provide a dedicated, complimentary Stroller Parking area at the entrance.”
Complimentary. Bubble Planet charges £3 for the same service. They do add a warning that the organisation is not responsible for belongings left in strollers, and recommend the cloakroom for valuables and bags.
For babies, they suggest “baby carriers or slings”, because the route takes 45 to 55 minutes on foot with no pram.
Bags over A4 go in a paid cloakroom
“Bags larger than A4 will need to be checked into the on-site chargeable cloak room.”
Chargeable, and the fee is not published. Also banned: “Professional camera equipment along with any item deemed to cause a public nuisance or weapon.”
Food and drink are not allowed either, with one exception: “Food and drink, except water for children, is not permitted within the experience.” Water for children is allowed. Eating, drinking and smoking are all banned inside.
The venue is fully cashless.
Every child from 2 needs their own ticket
The age rules have three thresholds, and the interaction between them catches families.
“Guests under 16 years old will need to be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Please note that everyone, including children aged 2 and above, requires their own ticket for admission.”
Under 24 months go free, with a catch: “Children under 24 months enter for free. However, a ‘Free Ticket’ must still be selected when booking on the ticketing platform.” A free child is still a ticket you have to add, or you will be refused at the door.
Concession tickets run from 24 months to 17 years. One FAQ answer gives the child discount band as 2 to 15 and another as 24 months to 17, so check what your platform shows when you book. Other discounts exist for seniors and visitors with disabilities, plus small groups of 6 or more and large groups of 10 or more.
Where to buy, and what it costs
Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, Universe and Disney Tickets. The experience’s own page does not print a price, so what you pay depends on the date, the slot and the platform. Check all three before buying.
The hours work the same way: “Please check the schedule in the ticketing platforms.” There is no timetable on the site itself.
There is a box office at the venue, but “tickets may sell out quickly, so we highly recommend booking in advance.”
It is shorter than it sounds
“The experience lasts around 45 to 55 minutes, but there’s no rush.”
Forty-five to fifty-five minutes is shorter than Bubble Planet’s 60 to 90. Set that against the ticket price and it is a short visit, so it works best as one half of a Fulton Road double rather than a whole afternoon.
It is a one-way journey through 13 sets across more than 3,500 square metres, indoors and air conditioned. The named worlds are Toy Story, Cars, Monsters, Inc., Inside Out, Finding Nemo, Coco, Up, Ratatouille, Elemental and Luca.
There are no strobe lights, and the venue says it complies with Epilepsy Society and HSE guidelines.
Access: audio guides and sign language in every room
The provision is more complete than most immersive venues manage.
“Each room features detailed audio guides and English Sign Language videos, accessible via QR codes.”
There is also “a specially designated sensory-friendly zone in the lobby for guests who may be sensitive to lights or sounds.”
Carers: “Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free ticket for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. This can be selected at the time of purchasing your tickets.”
On seating: “The experience follows a set walking route, but if at any point you feel tired or need a short break, our team will be happy to assist you and take you to a designated rest area.” Toilets are available before and after the route, but not during it.
Dogs are not allowed, but “Trained assistance dogs are allowed.”
Parking is possible, but only if you book it online
A genuine contrast with Bubble Planet, which has none.
“Car Parking is now available at the following link here. Please note that this is only available online and will not be available on-site.”
So you must reserve a space before you arrive. Turning up and hoping gets you nothing. Public transport information is on the Wembley Park estate’s own site, and Wembley Park station on the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines is the obvious route. Bubble Planet, on the same road, gives the walk from the station as 8 minutes.
Lost property is kept for different lengths of time
“High-value items (e.g., electronics, passports, and keys) will be retained for 3 months. Perishable or low-value items (e.g., clothing, water bottles) will be kept for 30 days.”
Three months for valuables, 30 days for a coat. Anything unclaimed after that is destroyed or donated to charity. Report a loss to staff before leaving, or email MPEvent@senbla.com afterwards.
How to plan it
Open until January. It was 1 November in older reports; the official site now says January.
Arrive 10 minutes before your slot, not at it. Late entry is at the manager’s discretion.
No refunds. Exchange up to 48 hours ahead for a small fee.
With a pram: leave it at the entrance, free, and use a sling for a baby.
Every child from 2 needs a ticket, and under-24-month-olds still need a “Free Ticket” added.
Bag bigger than A4: it goes in the paid cloakroom.
Driving: book parking online first. There is none on site.
Check all three platforms for price before buying.
Doing Bubble Planet as well: it is on the same road, and has stricter rules around refunds, socks and latex.

Questions we get asked
How long is the Mundo Pixar Experience in London open?
The official site says the season has been extended through January and gives the dates as from 13 February 2026 until January 3rd, which is 3 January 2027. Older articles giving 1 November are out of date. The experience is on Fulton Road in Wembley Park.
Can you get a refund for Mundo Pixar Experience tickets?
No. The experience states that no refunds will be issued. You can exchange tickets for a different date or time for a small administration fee, up to 48 hours before your booking, through the ticketing platform. Discounts cannot be combined, including large group tickets.
Can you take a pram into the Mundo Pixar Experience?
No, strollers and buggies are not permitted inside the sets, a rule the experience says is strictly enforced under UK Health and Safety regulations. A dedicated, complimentary stroller parking area is provided at the entrance, which compares with a £3 charge at neighbouring Bubble Planet. For babies they recommend a carrier or sling, and suggest using the cloakroom for valuables.
How long does the Mundo Pixar Experience take?
Around 45 to 55 minutes on a one-way route through 13 sets over more than 3,500 square metres, indoors and air conditioned. That is shorter than Bubble Planet, which takes 60 to 90 minutes, so the two combine well in one visit.
Do children need a ticket for the Mundo Pixar Experience?
From age 2 upwards, yes: everyone aged 2 and above needs their own ticket, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children under 24 months enter free but a Free Ticket must still be selected when booking. Concession tickets cover ages 24 months to 17 years, although one FAQ answer gives the band as 2 to 15, so check the platform when booking.
What time should you arrive at the Mundo Pixar Experience?
At least 10 minutes before your ticket time, to allow for bag searches, security checks, the cloakroom and facilities. Admission of latecomers is at the manager's discretion and may not be possible, which is stricter than Bubble Planet, where you can arrive up to 30 minutes after your slot.
Is there parking at the Mundo Pixar Experience?
Yes, but only if you book it online in advance. The experience states that car parking is available through a link on its site and will not be available on site. Public transport details are on the Wembley Park estate's website, and Wembley Park station is the main route.
Is the Mundo Pixar Experience accessible?
It is designed to be, with detailed audio guides and English Sign Language videos in each room via QR codes, a sensory-friendly zone in the lobby and a rest area staff can take you to. One free ticket is available for a Personal Assistant or support worker, selected when buying. Trained assistance dogs are allowed but other animals are not. There are no strobe lights.
