House of Dreamers is still running at ExCeL, and the end date is later than the one most older write-ups give. Early coverage says it finishes on 30 September. The venue’s own page, Immerse LDN, says July to November 2026, and the Fever listing shows 30 November, so we’d plan on the end of November and confirm when you book. We found no official announcement of the extension, which is why we’re saying so.
The start date is similarly muddled. ExCeL’s press release says 26 June 2026, while the exhibition’s own site says “opening 1 July”. That’s history by now, but it’s a reminder that third-party pages repeat each other without checking.
What it is
It’s an immersive exhibition at Immerse LDN on the ExCeL waterfront, billed by ExCeL as 16 installations across 27,000 square feet. Everyone gets a DreamBand wristband on arrival, which the exhibition says triggers personalised interactive moments as you go. A visit takes 60 to 90 minutes according to a ticket reseller, with the last entry 75 minutes before closing, so this is a short outing and not an afternoon.
Hours
ExCeL lists it as open every day: Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and public holidays 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 7pm. One listing gives Sunday opening as 10am, so check the slot you’re booking.
Tickets and the small print
ExCeL says prices start at £15.90. The venue’s own page doesn’t show prices at all. A reseller lists adult £21.90, child (4 to 12) £16.90, reduced £14.90 for students, over-65s and disabled visitors, and an open ticket at £27.90, each plus a £1 booking fee. Those are reseller figures from the day we looked, so treat them as a guide and not a price list.
Booking ahead is recommended and door sales depend on availability. Refunds and exchanges go through whoever sold you the ticket, or you can email the venue. There are no phone sales. Arrive about 15 minutes before your slot. Children must come with a paying adult, and under-4s are free but still need a free add-on ticket added for the headcount. Ball pit visitors need socks.
Access, food and bags
Immerse LDN says all its experiences are accessible for prams, buggies and wheelchairs, and that wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be pre-booked. The nearest blue badge bays are in Waterfront Zone 2. Guide dogs and support animals are welcome if you tell the venue in advance. One reseller warns that some installations may not suit every access need.
Bags can be stored at each experience. The venue is cashless. You can eat on the waterfront, but food and drink aren’t allowed outside designated seating inside the experiences. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
