Its pet page says pets are welcome “no matter their size, weight, or breed”, with no limit on how many you bring, no fee and no deposit. Both are published by the same hotel. If you are travelling with a large dog, ring ahead rather than trusting either page.

What the pet policy includes
Whatever the size rule turns out to be, the rest is generous: pet beds on loan, food and water bowls, mats, courtesy bags for walks, and a door hanger so staff know there is a dog inside. In-room dog dining comes through Marleybones, arranged with reservations, and dog walking and day care through Paws Galore, which the concierge needs at least 24 hours’ notice to book. Pet-free rooms are available if you ask by phone, which is worth knowing if you have an allergy.
No pool, no spa, no car park
The hotel answers all three plainly. There is no swimming pool, there is no spa, and there is no parking. The nearest car parks it names are Bloomsbury Square, WC1A 2RJ, and Brunswick Square, WC1N 1AF. For a Grade II listed Victorian building on Russell Square, that is unsurprising, but it rules out arriving by car without a plan.
Children and rooms
Children stay free up to the age of 12. Cots are free. A rollaway bed is £50 a night. You must be 18 to check in to a room.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is noon. Accessible rooms exist, some with modified baths with bars and others with a roll-in shower.
Cancellation is the day of arrival
You can cancel until 2pm local time on the day you arrive without being charged. After that it is one night’s room and tax. That is a later deadline than most London hotels of this level, where the cut-off is usually the day before, and it is the most useful thing on the page if your plans are uncertain.
