Pavyllon holds a Michelin star and serves breakfast from 6.30am, Monday to Saturday. That combination barely exists in London. It also takes walk-ins, subject to availability, which is close to unheard of at this level: most starred rooms in Mayfair will not seat you without a booking weeks ahead.
The hours are 6.30am to 10.30am, midday to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday starting half an hour later at 7am. It opens every day, with no closed day listed. We checked on 11 October 2026.
Where it is
Inside the Four Seasons Hotel at Hamilton Place, Mayfair, W1J 7DR, at the Hyde Park Corner end of Park Lane. It is Yannick Alléno’s first UK restaurant, with the open kitchen led by chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell, and the room is built around expansive counter seating facing that kitchen.
The food is described as rooted in French gastronomy and technique, drawing on seasonal British produce. Michelin lists it as French contemporary at the top price band. There are two other outlets under the same roof, Bar Antoine and La Croissanterie, each with its own menu.
What is not published
No prices appear on the restaurant’s own website: the menus are there, the numbers are not. Neither is a dress code, an age policy, or any cancellation or deposit term, which matters more than usual at a restaurant where a no-show costs the house a Mayfair table.
If you are booking for a group, a child, or a date you might need to move, phone 020 7319 5200 and get the terms before you hand over a card. The booking itself runs through OpenTable.
The practical reading
The breakfast service is the way into this room at the lowest cost and the shortest notice. It is the one meal where a starred restaurant is not competing with every other reservation in Mayfair, and where the counter is most likely to have a seat for someone who walks in.
