Aire will not admit you if you are pregnant or under 18. The spa states it plainly: the Aire experience is not suitable for pregnant people or those under the age of 18, and it asks them not to book. That is a flat exclusion rather than a conversation with staff, and it is the first thing to check before buying a gift voucher for someone.
Everything below comes from the spa’s own pages, read on 12 October 2026.
Your phone stays in reception
Phones, cameras and other electronic devices are permitted only in the reception area. Recording devices are banned outright, and the spa names camera glasses specifically, which tells you how seriously it takes this. There are no photographs of the baths because no one is allowed to take any.
The wider rule is silence. The spa asks guests to respect everyone’s privacy and serenity with silence and discretion, so this is not a place for conversation at normal volume.
What to bring, and what not to
Bring a swimsuit. That is all. A bathing suit is mandatory, along with the bathrobe and footwear the spa provides, and everything else including hygiene and cosmetic products is supplied. Long hair has to be tied up.
No outside food or drink is allowed, and the building is smoke free. Break the rules and the spa says you may be refused service and required to leave, without a refund.
Timing
Arrive 30 minutes early and complete the online check-in form before you come. With a timed booking, a dressing process and a no-rush atmosphere, turning up on the hour is turning up late.
Hours and where it is
2 to 3 Robert Street, WC2N 6BH, which is off John Adam Street in the Adelphi, a few minutes from Charing Cross and Embankment. It opens 8am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 11pm on Friday, and 8am to 11pm at weekends, with the spa noting that special days and holidays vary.
Booking runs through the website, or on 020 3830 4610 between 8am and 9pm any day. The spa does not publish prices, durations or cancellation terms on the pages we could read, so get all three confirmed when you book rather than assuming the figures quoted on third-party spa sites still hold.
